We carry both new and used materials concerning the local area. These include books and maps, with a heavy concentration on Wallowa County history, the Nez Perce native Americans, and Hells Canyon. Prepare for your visit by ordering any of these books ahead of your arrival. Chief Joseph Days
We are pleased to announce our Author in Residence for the "big" rodeo: Kristy St. Clair. Once an urban hippie, Kristy suddenly inherited a ranch in Eastern Oregon and had to learn how to become a rancher. She has written about this experience in Accidental Cowgirl. Kristy will be here to sign her book on Thursday and Friday afternoons, July 25 and 26. Please come by and get your copy of this hilarious and touching story.
